NEXT-GENERATION AVIATION

For next-generation aerospace wiring

Oasis® combines fluoropolymer coatings with polyimide film. Within this portfolio, 120FCC111 supports material validation for next-generation high-voltage aerospace wiring and advanced air mobility platforms. For electric-propulsion aircraft and eVTOL platforms, the material must be evaluated within the complete wire construction and representative flight conditions.

01

Lightweight wiring

Thin composite insulation can reduce cable volume and mass while balancing electrical, thermal, chemical and mechanical performance.

02

High-voltage propulsion

Validation should address corona, partial discharge, thermal cycling and long-term insulation reliability under the actual waveform, altitude and temperature.

03

From prototype to qualification

Material behavior must be validated with the conductor, tape overlap, shielding, connectors and processing window, followed by wire-level testing and customer qualification.
